Introduction to Personality Type and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI)

Are you interested in understanding more about your personality style and the style of others Are you curious about your unique personality type strengths and those of others? This interactive and practical workshop encourages individuals to understand and appreciate their own MBTI style as well as gain an understanding and appreciation for the style of others. Understanding both our style and the style of others, helps optimize communication style, conflict management, career development, individual development, problem solving, stress management, education, team-building, leadership and relationships. The MBTI® is the most well-known personality type instrument.

  • Basic understanding of MBTI®
  • Self-estimated Personality Type
  • Unique understanding and appreciation of both personal and varied MBTI® personality types through interactive activities

Patty McCrodan is a certified MBTI® practitioner through Psychometrics Canada, as well as a CTI certified Co-Active Coach. Patty has a Master’s degree in Adult Education and over 20 years of post-secondary teaching experience.

*After the workshop there is an opportunity to organize taking the official licenced MBTI® assessment for an extra cost.
